On July 31th, 2021 mid-year exchange meeting of APIE was successfully held online, and member units located in Beijing, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Xuzhou, Foshan and other places gathered online for the first time.  Members of APIE and sales directors, consultants of APIE and representatives of friendly units attended the meeting online.  Huang Zhiming, secretary general of the Piling Construction Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, and Zhou Qin, Vice President of Power Technology Division, Far East Region of Atlas Corp Group shared their important views during the exchange meeting.

Due to the epidemic, the venue of the mid-year meeting of APIE was changed from Xuzhou to online meeting of all units.  Members shared and communicated with each other about the results of their overall business situation, analysis of their business highlights and existing problems and situations; ideas of working strategy and key projects in the next stage and to discuss the cooperation needs and opportunities among the APIE members.

This meeting fully reflects the good communication and cooperation atmosphere of APIE with substantive promotion and international vision. Members attended the meeting all day in the conference room of Tysim. Other online participants included General Manager Phua in Singapore office, General Manager Zhou in Hong Kong and General Manager Di in Uzbekistan.  They discussed the business situation and follow-up countermeasures in the first half of the year, and also discussed the prospects and plans for the internationalization of China's piling industry.  Mr Zhou shared the concept of sales territory management as a guest speaker, inspiring the members to improve regional management by way of online sales tools to attain the multiple purposes: to react to the current status for higher market share, better sales and profit numbers and for better customer experience. All these are necessary for the rapid development of the members.  

Secretary General Huang Zhiming made a special trip to Tysim to participate in this meeting to share the following: at present, the situation of construction machinery industry is obviously declining, enterprises in the same industry, need to work closer to "acknowledge the general trend, do small things well".  In view of the general trend, we should not only look at the industry trend and the influence of political situation on enterprises, but also organize specific members of various departments to carry out thematic communication and analysis.  To do small things well is to do small things for the size of the macro country.  Abandon the opportunism and opportunism of the market, truly return to the original manufacturing industry, do a good job in a product, do a good job in a service, and to start improving the quality of management step by step.  It is recommended that factories with ability and energy to establish or improve the intelligent and digital manufacturing system to have innovation-driven development; specialization; refinement; and characteristic development in the niche fields.  Integrating the resources of each unit of APIE, can contribute to the overall development of the industry in a larger pattern.  Collection of common ideas, information, business leads, brand promotion to achieve the purpose of "sharing, consensus, joint development".

APIE is a cooperative organization jointly initiated by many pile industry enterprises, aiming to integrate various technical resources and market resources, to jointly promote the market, to learn and exchange together, and to promote cooperation and sharing among members.  At present, the members of APIE include twelve units as appended in Appendix A.In response to the call and encouragement of "integration, sharing and joint development" proposed by the leaders of Chinese piling machinery industry, APIE was established to gather enterprises in various segments of piling industry to provide a variety of solutions and services for the same customer groups.  Over the past few years, there have been a number of successful cases of sharing cooperation in domestic and foreign exhibitions, marketing and other aspects.  

The successful holding of the mid-year exchange meeting has clearly set the direction of development in the second half of 2021. Members have also learned about the new way of communication. Members will always adhere to the concept of "Sharing, consensus and joint development", to enhance the exchange and cooperation among all members, and to make a contribution to the development of the whole pile industry.
