On  25^th to 27^th October, the 11^th Chinese International Piling and Deep Foundation Summit was held in Shanghai Sheraton hotel of WaiGao bridge. More than 600 pile foundation experts from 10 countries at home and abroad, over 100 companies from domestic pile foundation engineering construction enterprises; machinery & equipment manufacturers, survey and design institutions, Scientific research institutes and other companies attended this Summit.The Summit is the largest comprehensive summit in the field of Piling and Deep foundations in Asia. With the theme of "Pile Foundation and Deep Foundation Innovative Technology and Smart Construction", the Summit showcased cutting-edge technologies and solutions to various pile foundation engineering problems at home and abroad, with the aim of promoting the development of pile foundation construction technology. It created the opportunities for the exchange of scientific and technological achievements in Piling and Deep foundation engineering technology; engineering safety and engineering management; and engineering information; building a high-level international academic exchange platform for promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of pile foundation engineering in the world and nurturing a sustainable and harmonious development of the pile foundation industry.Tyhen low headroom KR300ES rotary drilling rig attracted attention in this exhibition. The development of Chinese urbanization has brought about an increase in subway construction when the demand for viaduct in the city rail transit is playing a more and more important role. Most importantly, the need for both environment protection and construction efficiency using rotating drill mechanization construction is also gaining more attention especially in the narrow space construction, and in complex strata conditions.
