Recently, Tyhen’s assistant in the construction of ZhenJiang innovative biologic drug R&D comprehensive service platform is having progressive development. Tyhen mobilized 5 units of KR125 drilling rigs within 3 days to strive for an early start of the project. The efficiency has been recognized and praised by the project department.

The construction area of the plasmid virus commercialized GMP workshop is 34,000 square meters. After completion of the project, GenScript ProBio will further increase its global production capacity, providing integrated production services for nucleic acid drugs, gene vectors and cell therapies; it will empower global customers, and bring more efficient and accessible advanced therapies to patients; It will further promote the development of Chinese medicine in the fields of life sciences, genetic engineering and cell therapy.

The geological condition of the construction site mainly consists of backfill soil, silt, silty clay, and strongly weathered tuff. The pile diameter is 600mm wide and 24 meter deep. The pile diameter is small, the soil viscosity is strong, and the requirement of the verticality of the hole is high. Tyhen’s construction engineer provided different methodologies of construction for different geological layers, for the clay layer, the customized drill can quickly dump the soil and improve the construction efficiency. Tyhen quickly mobilized 5 units of KR125A small rotary drilling rigs for construction within 3 days, which won over the unanimous praise from the customer. Five units of KR125 drilling rigs each achieved the construction record of drilling 385 meters in ten hours. Consequently, 900 piles were completed within a month with both high quality and high quantity guaranteed.

TYSIM’s KR125A weigh about 35 tons, the construction diameter range is 400~1500mm with a construction height of 15 meters; It can be transported in a single load without the need of dismantling and assembling, coupled with the automatic mast folding function, it can effectively reduce the transportation height, and also reduce the dismantling and assembly time during transportation. The imported gearbox and engine enable the equipment to have good climbing performance. In addition, the 12.5 tons meters power head torque is also able to handle geological conditions such as pebbles, gravels and more. The carefully selected original cummins engine, coupled with TYSIM’s electronic control system and hydraulic system, enables KR125A to unleash its true potential. Moreover, the whole series of products have obtained the GB certification and the European CE certification, with the significantly better dynamic and static stability design, construction safety is now better ensured.

After five years of experience, commitment, cooperating with customers and also independent construction works, our small rotary rigs had participated in relatively modern constructions such as dam-reinforcement, underground pipe gallery, and over-water construction, which ultimately contributed towards the domestic promotion of the utilization of small rotary rigs.
