(Summary description)Recently, Jiangsu province's fourth batch of production and education integration pilot enterprise list was officially announced, 19 pilot enterprises from WuXi was on the list, in which Jiangsu Tysim was honor to be selected. Based on the notice from The Construction and Cultivation of the Fourth Batch of Pilot Enterprises integrating Industry and Education in JiangSu Province issued by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (No. 2022), enterprises that had voluntarily applied, obtained local preliminary recommendation, passed expert review and evaluation, and passed the joint review by relevant provincial departments will be incorporated into the cultivation database of JiangSu province's industry-education integration pilot enterprise development. The selected enterprises will enjoy the combined incentive policies on investment, financing, finance and taxation in the field of industry-education integration.  Industry-education integrated enterprises refer to enterprises with deep participation in industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation; it refers to enterprises that play a reforming role in vocational colleges and higher education institutions; it refers to enterprises that improve the quality of talent training, enhance the industry’s attractiveness and competitiveness, and have a strong demonstrational guiding and leading effect. Promoting the integration of production and education is an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education, as it will promote the connection between the education chain and the talent chain, with the industrial chain and the innovation chain. Currently, there are 197 pilot enterprises for the integration of production and education in JiangSu Province, in which 29 are in WuXi. Since its establishment in 2013, Tysim has always put R&D innovation at its core and continued to carry out technological innovation. After eight years of hard work, it was recognized as the WuXi Enterprise Technology Center in 2020. In 2021, Tysim established the WuXi Small and Medium Piling Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center. Currently, Tysim has become a national leading brand in the field of small rotary drilling rig, and has established itself as a domestic brand with world-wide influences. Meanwhile, in order to promote the positive industry development, Tysim has actively cooperated with vocational colleges by combining its own product R&D advantages with Tyhen rental company’s practical platform advantages. Tyhen Foundation Construction Co., Ltd., was registered and established in 2020 as a subsidiary company to Tysim, it has become a member unit of the Professional Committee of Construction Machinery Vocational Education in Chinese construction education industry and a designated service training unit; it has industry-leading teachers, realistic practice platforms, professional theory lessons and advanced practical courses. TYSIM was involved in writing the national standard of "Rotary Drilling Rig", it is also the chief editor unit of the "Hydraulic Pile Breaker" standards in China; it has contributed immensely in the standardization and professional development of the industry. Tyhen has trained a large number of excellent rotary drilling rig drivers to the domestic rotary drilling rig industry, and trained batches of professional operators for the State Grid Group, in addition, it is the editor unit of the “Excavator, Shovel and Pile machine driver” standard. On September 2020, the strategic cooperation with Shanghai Urban Construction Institute has provided practical courses for students while collaboratively training professional project managers and operators. In terms of the maximization of individual’s social value, Tysim has been providing employment training for veterans in many places, which actualized a win-win situation for the industry and the local talents.
