  On the afternoon of April 13th, Tysim Piling Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tysim") solemnly held the global service see-off ceremony with a theme "Value-added Service, Traveling Together for Thousands of Miles", marking another upgrade and expansion of Tysim's service commitment to customers. Several senior executives of Tysim and colleagues from related departments participated in this important event, witnessing together Tysim's firm stride in enhancing the quality of global service.  At the ceremony, Mr. Phua Fongkiat, Vice Chairman of Tysim, delivered an enthusiastic speech. He stated, "Value-added Service, Traveling Together for Thousands of Miles" is not only one of Tysim's service philosophies but also the service creed practiced by every employee of the company.” Mr. Phua also emphasized that 2024 is a year for Tysim to provide better and more considerate services to global customers. Tysim will spare no effort in practicing the concept of growing together with partners and bringing professional technology and service to every corner of the world.  Following that, Mr. Xiang Zhensong, Executive Vice President of Tysim, delivered an inspiring speech. He explicitly pointed out that excellent after-sales service is an important link between Tysim and customers. Through the "Traveling Together for Thousands of Miles" service, Tysim will delve into job sites, understand and fulfill customers’ needs, provide practical solutions, and continuously improve the quality of service.  The climax of the event was the flag handover ceremony. Mr. Phua Fongkiat, Vice Chairman of Tysim, awarded the flag to the international service representative Mr. Xiao Suming, symbolizing the initiation of Tysim international service team. Following this, Mr. Xiang Zhensong, Executive Vice President similarly presented the flag to the domestic service representative Mr. Jiang Jie, marking the beginning of Tysim's new journey in domestic service.  As an important part of this ceremony, Mr.  Zhang Xiaoyuan, Deputy General Manager of Tyhen led the entire team in reciting the service oath, strengthening the team's commitment to the service philosophy of "professional, prompt, and considerate."
