The exhibited KR240M and KR360M are flagship models custom-developed by TYSIM in partnership with Caterpillar; equipped with genuine CAT dedicated rotary drilling chassis and TYSIM’s proprietary full-elector-hydraulic control system, the rigs support multi-process operations including rotary boring, CFA continuous flight auger and DSM deep soil mixing, suitable for building pile foundations, road & bridge substructures and municipal engineering. The KR240M is fitted with CAT 340-series chassis at an overall weight of around 82 tons, featuring a maximum rotary drilling diameter of 2 meters and drilling depth of 64 meters alongside a 1-meter maximum diameter and 20-meter depth for CFA construction, specially optimized for high-temperature and sand-gravel mixed strata in Turkey and the Middle East, while the high-torque KR360M delivers a peak output torque of 360kN·m to cater to large-diameter deep piling; it has been extensively applied to various complex foundation projects in Turkey and earned wide recognition from local constructors for outstanding stability and fuel economy. Core hydraulic parts of both rigs are supplied by top-tier international manufacturers including Rexroth and Bonfiglioli, and all units meet EU Stage V emission standards to satisfy stringent environmental access requirements of Turkey and the EU.
