(Summary description)The dry quenching project of Liyang Iron and Steel Plant is a typical small machine construction site. The site pile is a supporting pile, the construction period is tight, the site area is limited, the site is numerous, the site is complex, there are about 2 meters of backfill, there are not enough conditions to allow medium and large drilling rigs to enter the site. It is this harsh construction condition that gives the KR125 a great opportunity to show off its skills and highlights the advantages of the KR125 compared to medium and large drilling rigs. The design site has a pile depth of 24 meters, a pile diameter of 800 mm, and a sand layer of about 7 meters. The static grout arm guard technology is adopted. Each shift consists of 6-8 piles (8-hour system per shift). Customers are very satisfied with the efficiency and low failure rate of the drilling rig. Before the drilling rig entered the site, there were two water drills on the construction site, and 1-2 piles were formed every day. After the KR125 drilling rig entered the site for construction, the rhinestones were ordered to leave the site.




