In December 2012, KR series drilling rigs entered the Jiangxi industrial and civil construction market. In the foundation construction of the government office building in Qujiang Town, Fengcheng City, KR125 not only showed its own advantages of fast drilling speed and low fuel consumption, but also showed super efficiency for hard and strongly weathered rock formations.
The design site design pile depth is 25-30 meters, pile diameter is 800mm-1500mm, the strata above 10 meters is red clay, which is relatively viscous, and the hardness of strongly weathered mudstone below 10 meters is 5-10Mpa. Because the stratum is all clay structure, the dry hole construction method is adopted. The drilling footage is 400-500mm, and the footage is about 300mm after the groundwater layer is drilled. The average time for each hole to be formed is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
