In April 2012, my country’s first self-developed fully hydraulic square pile cutter (square pile driver) KP500S was launched at Jiangsu Taixin Machinery, and was unveiled at a construction site in Suqian, Jiangsu in June. In the second phase of the project, all the designed buildings use reinforced concrete prefabricated square piles as pile foundations, pile diameter: 400mm×400mm. At the beginning, 25T crane was used as the vehicle, and the KPS15 hydraulic pump station developed by Taixin Machinery was used to provide the power source for it. After a short period of exploration, the tower crane on the construction site was directly used as the vehicle to cooperate with the KPS15 hydraulic pump station, which greatly improved the economic benefits . And initially formed a complete set of square pile machine construction mode.

 

The KP series pile cutter is powered by engineering machinery carriers or hydraulic pumps, and the pile body is squeezed through the special shape of the drill rod head to crush the concrete. No damage to piles buried in the ground.
