This project is a leisure plaza near the subway in Singapore. Our company’s KR220M is equipped with a multifunctional mast and a single-shaft mixing device is mounted for construction. The mixing pile has a diameter of 1200 and a mixing depth of 12 meters. It is expected that the single pile is poured and mixed cement slurry 7-8 square.

Construction essentials:

1. Pour clean water while drilling down to the required depth.

2. The cement slurry is lifted while rotating forward, and the lifting speed is controlled at 0.8-1m/min to ensure sufficient mixing.

3. The cement slurry is poured down to the required depth while rotating forward again, and the speed is controlled at 0.8-1m/min.

4. While grouting the cement slurry while rotating, the speed is controlled at 0.8-1m/min, and the hole is finished.

5. Pour clean water to clean the pipeline.

According to the above process, the construction of a single pile takes 50-60 minutes, and 6-7 piles can be completed every day, which meets the requirements of the construction period.
