From 27^th to 29^th of July, TYSIM "Set sail on a new journey with firm ideas and beliefs" team building activity was successfully held in ShaoShan, the hometown of MAO Zedong, the great Leader of China. 25 staff including sales directors, marketing representatives, service directors, service engineers from various region and other staff have participated in this meeting.All staff gathered in MAO Zedong Square to lay flowers to the great leader Chairman MAO, before proceeding to the MAO Zedong Memorial Hall, followed by a visit to MAO Zedong's former residence as part of the on-site educational program.  Everyone stood in silence in front of the historical photos and historical scenes, engaged in deep thought and to reflect under the affectionate narration of the on-site coaching instructor. Mr Xin Peng made an important speech during the mid year sales meeting. He said: At the glorious moment of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it is of great significance to organize the regional representatives to gather in ShaoShan, the red holy land, to bathe in the glory of the Chairman Mao, to feel the great man's energy, to accept the baptism of culture, and to carry out the mid year Sales meeting. Marketing is very important for any enterprise. They should be responsible for the future development of the enterprise. They should pay attention to the development of marketing planning and the promotion of network and various channels, so as to reach out to more potential customers. As a marketer, we must have an in-depth understanding of the product and target customers, understand all aspects of the market information, do a better job of marketing planning to better meet customer needs, with efficient after-sales service, and  to further enhance the visibility of enterprise products.Representatives of each region came to the stage one by one to make work reports for the first half and the work plans for the second half of the year using PPT to show the data and market comparative analysis.Xin Peng, Chairman of the board, and Xiao HuaAn, Director and General manager of Sales and marketing jointly give away presents to reward the outstanding workers for their outstanding performance during the first half of 2021. To end the meeting, Mr. Duan Yi, the Director of after-sale Service Department, delivered a speech on behalf of the winners.
