TYSIM officially launched the 2022 Long distance service event with the theme of “ Ingenious Service, Accompanying all the way”.The launching ceremony was held at the headquarters of TYSIM in Wuxi, JiangSu. The marketing service officers and R&D engineers were energetic when gathered at the company's equipment testing yard.  At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Xiang ZhenSong, deputy general manager of TYSIM Technology Center, delivered a mobilization speech which clarified the content of this service and the problems to be resolved by listing down the specific requirements for product inspection.Subsequently, Mr. Xiao HuaAn, deputy general manager of TYSIM Sales and Marketing Center, reiterated everyone to understand the core ideology of "Value, Creation, Focus " and to implement them in this service activity by providing "comprehensive physical examination" for customers' equipment, understanding customers' demands for accessories and construction, actively listening to customers' suggestions about the company and its products, meeting customer needs with practical actions, and creating more value for customers. Meanwhile, since this event is targeted at customers all over the country, under the current epidemic condition, Mr. Xiao asked the service personnel and relevant departments to be more alert about their safety awareness and excel in their own safety protection. After the speech, Mr. Xiao awarded the flag of expedition to Department head of the After-sales service department.Finally, the Department head of the After-sales service department Duan Yi led the service team to pledge to adhere to the "professional, timely and thoughtful" service concept as the guiding ideology, aim to provide "11823" service commitments, utilize "advisory, thoughtful" attitude to check each equipment, ensure the high construction reliability of each equipment to complete this service task successfully. After the oath, the Department Head of After-sales service department awarded the flag to the central, East, North, South and West Chinese teams, and announced that the official launching of the 2022 Long distance "ingenuity service, accompanying all the way".After the ceremony, the teams in each service area quickly got into speed of their working state, carrying maintenance tools, accessories, and drove special service vehicles to each equipment site to carry out the servicing work.
