Recently, Tysim after-sales service engineers stationed all over the country returned to the company headquarters - Wuxi, JiangSu province, with a good mental outlook to participate in a two-day long comprehensive training.After arriving at the company, all the engineers actively participated in the morning exercise meeting and felt the warm team atmosphere of the company. After the meeting, the engineers gathered at the training classroom on time.  After the Department head of the After-sales service read out the training discipline and requirements, the training officially began.

The first training session is about the company's culture and regulations, engineers reviewed the company's mission, creed and concept, strengthen the identity of the company's culture, learn the management system to improve their behavior habits and professional ethics. Then came the study of technical product knowledge and financial system. Three teachers with professional knowledge in the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical field made a detailed introduction to the engineers from the aspects of design principle, working conditions, common faults and so on. Each engineer listened to the teacher's explanation carefully and took detailed notes to improve their professional skills. The finance manager read out the company's financial reimbursement system, guided the demonstration of the standards of bill pasting on the spot, and emphasized credit reimbursement and credible work.During the training period, company organized engineers to meet with executives. Executives at the meeting listened to the introduction made by each service engineers and their work report, expressed deep gratification for everyone's hard work, encouraged everyone to cherish the rare opportunity to learn, to study hard to improve their overall quality. Ultimately, executives hope that engineers will be able to provide better and faster service in order to create more value for customers.After the meeting, the engineers went to the intelligent production workshop to have a close look at the production and assembly process of the equipment. Every process on the production line had meticulous production technology and quality inspection, which greatly enhanced everyone's confidence in product quality.After the visit, the professional chassis and engine experts taught the engineer valuable chassis knowledge, improved their theoretical knowledge and made up for their weak chassis maintenance knowledge.In the end, Mr. Xin Peng, chairman of the board, summarized the company's operation in 2021 and provided the work plan deployment strategy in 2022. Mr. Xin wishes everyone to strengthen their professional study, improve their overall quality, build the brand with service and create value for customers. The after-sale service department made elaborate plans and arrangements for this training, from accommodation arrangement to course content teaching them to complete an examination, all were executed perfectly. This training session had high personnel concentration and rich courses. The engineers not only felt the rapid development of the company and humanistic care, and had learnt under company inspection. This was a learning experience that involved planning, goal setting, process enriching, result oriented and verifying of competency.
