Recently, A number of KR125A rotary drilling rigs of Tysim assisted in the construction of ZhenJiang innovative biological drug R&D comprehensive service platform, whose construction efficiency has been unanimously praised by the project department.

The groundbreaking plasmid virus commercialization GMP workshop has a total construction area of 34,000 square meters. When the project is completed, it will further increase the global production capacity of Kingsrui Vigorous Biotics, and to provide integrated production services for nucleic acid drugs, gene vectors and cell therapies, empower global customers. The geological conditions of this construction are mainly backfill soil, silty silt, silty clay, strongly weathered tuff. The required pile diameter is 600mm, with a depth of 24m. Given the small pile diameter and large soil viscosity, there is high requirement on the vertical degree of the hole. To improve construction efficiency, Tyhen Foundation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tysim, quickly organized construction process engineers to formulate construction plans for the strata including to have the silty layer with the protective cylinder wall; to have the customized split body bucket for the clay layer so as to dump soil quickly. At the same time, in view of the customer's tight construction period, Tyhen Foundation quickly mobilized several KR125A small rotary drilling rigs for construction within 3 days, winning unanimous praise from customers. Five KR125 rigs achieved a single 10-hour record of 385 meters of construction, completing 900 piles in one month with quality and quantity.
