Recently, Henan Feixiang Vocational Skills Training School , a leader focused on the training of professional personnel for excavator maintenance, has launched the first phase of the small rotary drilling rig maintenance training class of Tysim. This training is aimed at meeting the growing demand for professional maintenance personnel in the construction machinery, marking that Henan Feixiang has taken a solid step in the field of rotary drilling rig maintenance training.  Since its establishment in February 2023, Henan Feixiang Vocational Skills Training School has successfully launched nine sessions of excavator fluid and electric research and study classes, and trained more than 100 professional excavator maintenance personnel. The students are all professional excavator maintenance personnel who have been engaged in for about ten years. After the advanced training of the hydraulic and electrical systems, they have the ability to deal with the complex problems that occur in the construction machinery. At the same time, the school has established cooperative relationships with more than 100 domestic excavator repair shops, and is committed to establishing a domestic excavator repair alliance and making unremitting efforts.

  In the latest development, Henan Feixiang and Tysim wholly-owned subsidiary, Tyhen have joined forces to jointly establish "Henan Taiheng Huichuang Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.". Through the establishment of this cooperative platform, both parties hope to reach a consensus on the service concept in their respective fields, use their respective advantages to provide better services for customers, and solve various problems that may be encountered on the construction site. This collaboration is not only a strategic alliance between the two companies, but also an innovation in the training mode of maintenance personnel for the two major types of construction machinery, excavators and rotary drilling rigs. Through this cooperation, the Henan region will be built into a demonstration point, and it is expected to have a profound impact on the infrastructure construction in the region and even a wider area.  The opening of the first phase of the Tysim small rotary drilling rig maintenance training class is based on the urgent demand for such professional skilled personnel in the current market.
