  This conference was hosted by China Electric Power Construction Enterprises Association and aimed to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xis important remarks on scientific and technological innovation. Fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the National Science and Technology Conference to promote high-quality development of the power construction industry.
