On June 9, 2025, Xu Wenbin, the OEM sales manager of Caterpillar in China, Wang Na, the OEM market support specialist, Guo Qizhong, the general manager of the major customers department of Huaxian LiXing Machinery, and Chang Huaquan, the senior customer manager, a total of four people, paid a visit to TYSIM Piling Equipment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TYSIM"). The chairman of TYSIM, Xin Peng, and the vice chairman, Pan Junji, led the core management team to warmly receive them. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as deepening technical cooperation and expanding the international market, and jointly initiated a new chapter of the strategic cooperation among the three parties.

  Custom manufacturing plants witness the integration of technologies and the international expansion strategy

Accompanied by Xin Peng, the chairman of TYSIM, the guests first visited the TYSIM customized manufacturing plant to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire process of the development and manufacturing of the KR series Caterpillar chassis rotary drilling rigs. As the only manufacturer in China that has covered the full range of Caterpillar chassis (Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V) in the rotary drilling rigs, TYSIM has formed a unique competitive advantage in the field of small and medium-sized pile construction machinery through technological collaboration with Caterpillar.

  On the site, all parties jointly witnessed the vehicle launch ceremony of a KR240M multi-functional rotary drilling rig equipped with a Caterpillar 340 chassis. This equipment not only meets the requirements of rotary drilling construction but also features the CFA long spiral construction mode. To address the complex working conditions in the Middle East, such as high temperatures and sandstorms, it has specially optimized the cooling system and sand-proof design. The Caterpillar C9.3B engine it is equipped with has a power of 259 kilowatts. The extended and widened chassis design significantly enhances the stability of the equipment in desert terrains. This equipment is about to be dispatched to Dubai and will become the first flagship product of TYSIM to break into the high-end market in the Middle East.

The ten-year cooperative journey has laid the foundation for future development.

  At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Xin Peng reviewed the ten-year cooperative history between TYSIM and Caterpillar, as well as Lingshi Machinery. He stated: "TYSIM transformation from a new entrant in the industry to a global leader in small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs would not have been possible without the technical support of Caterpillar's high-performance chassis and the collaborative assistance of Lingshi Machinery in supply chain management and after-sales service networks." As of now, TYSIM overseas sales revenue has accounted for 50% of its total sales, and its products are available in over 60 countries and regions worldwide, particularly excelling in the markets along the 'Belt and Road' initiative.

  Guo Qizhong, the general manager of the Key Account Department of Huabei Lixing Machinery, highly praised the technical strength of Taixin: "As the largest manufacturer of Caterpillar chassis rotary drilling rigs in China, TYSIM R&D system has achieved full-chain autonomy from core components to the entire machine. Especially the KR240M series developed for the Middle East market, through local adaptation modifications, has filled the gap in the regional market for small and medium-sized customized equipment in this field." He also disclosed that Huabei Lixing Machinery will further integrate Caterpillar's global resources to provide TYSIM with full-life-cycle support from the power system to intelligent operation and maintenance.

  This visit marks a shift in the tripartite cooperation from a single supply chain collaboration to a comprehensive upgrade in technological research and development, market expansion, and service system coordination. Chairman Xin Peng concluded by stating: "TYSIM will continue to base itself on Caterpillar's technology platform and adopt the 'dual-wheel drive' strategy - focusing on intelligent equipment in the domestic market and local services in the international market - aiming to achieve another breakthrough in the market share in overseas markets by 2027."
