TYHEN considers “service” as its core value, and utilizes such attitude to provide clients with an “Eight in One” service in terms of selling, leasing, construction, trade-in, re-manufacturing, service, operator supply & training, and consulting & promotion of drilling methods. In 2021, Tyhen strictly maintained its high standards, strived for perfection, constantly use professional equipment to solve various construction problems while contributing to the pile foundation construction industry. Moreover, Tyhen have provided professional services and created great value for customers. Looking back on what Tyhen has experienced in 2021, we’ve grown and gained precious experiences. Looking ahead into 2022, we will forge forward and meet expectations from all different parties.  

Summary and highlight of our several construction cases is listed below:

1. Active participation in local construction in WuXi

In 2021, TYHEN actively participated in a number of local construction projects in WuXi, contributing to the local construction of WuXi.

PS: Construction problems such as thick sand layer, rich underground water, fragile hole formation were solved successfully during the construction process.

TYHEN participated in the new project of WuXi LiangXi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

TYHEN participated in the construction project of WuXi World Internet of things convention expo

TYHEN participated in the construction of concrete mixing project of WuXi metro group

2. Many small rotary drilling rigs working concurrently in the same construction site.

In 2021, TYHEN demonstrated its advantages of having sufficient number of small rotary drilling rigs and their strong mobility; TYHEN mobilized several rotary drilling rigs in a short period of time and participated in numerous construction projects.

PS: 5 units of KR125A small rotary drilling rigs were mobilized within 3 days to complete the construction of small pile with 600mm diameter and a total depth of 22000m within 20 days.

3. Urban infrastructure construction -- high-speed railway station

In 2021, TYHEN’s low headroom drilling rigs entered and participated in the construction of high-speed railway station infrastructure in a few cities. The station’s positive impact on the society is far greater than its own economic benefits as it promote the transportation industry among the Chinese cities.

TYHEN participated in the construction of NanJing South Railway Station.

TYHEN participated in the construction of Liu An high-speed railway project

TYHEN participated in the construction of LuShan High-speed railway station expansion project.

4. Construction in narrow space

In 2021, TYHEN large low headroom rotary drilling rig showed off its advantages of low construction height and high torque to complete construction under complex formation conditions in a narrow space, minimized the difficulties of construction in between buildings and large tunnels, and working under bridges and high-voltage lines.

PS: One of the construction limitations is to work under a height limit of 11 meters, another limitation is to reach a depth of 35 meters involving hard rock.  All these difficulties are solved by TYHEN’s large low headroom rotary drilling rig. It was and still is widely used in the construction of high-speed railway station, high pressure voltage line, viaduct, and plant.

TYHEN participated in the GuangMing City infrastructure construction in ShenZhen

TYHEN participated in the HangZhou WenYi West Road (East and West Avenue - JingChang Avenue) upgrading project.

TYHEN participated in the foundation of GuangXi LiuGong Structural fatigue test rig construction project.

TYHEN participated in the construction of TaiHang steel plant transformation project.

TYHEN participated in the TieGang-ShiYan reservoir water quality assurance construction project.

5. Canal waterway regulation project

In 2021, TYHEN actively participated in the construction of canal waterway renovation project and boosted the construction of Grand Canal Cultural Belt with high quality.

PS: The construction problem regarding the silt layer in the process of river flow regulation was managed properly to protect the grand canal. Piling construction on the boat is now actualized.

TYHEN participated in the construction of BeiJing-HangZhou Canal for ShiQiao to the port of YangTze River.

TYHEN participated in the waterway renovation project of The BeiJing-HangZhou Canal, the consturction was between SuZhou ChangHuShen Line and the boundary of JiangSu and ZheJiang provinces.

6. Overseas construction

In 2021, TYHEN actively participated in Chinese’s "One Belt and One Road" initiative and made strategic movements in the Central Asian market; We’ve been cooperating with Chinese leading state-owned enterprises, high-end product suppliers, international financial and insurance institutions to integrate high-quality resources and have established branches in other areas of Central Asia to carry out international construction projects.

PS: We utilized Uzbekistan's role in Central Asia to unleash the full potential of our globalization strategy, which demonstrated our strong organizational and co-ordination capabilities.
