Recently, TYHEN mobilized five KR125A rotary drilling rigs to construct the supporting construction project of public service facilities in WuShan Street Industrial Park, CaiDian, Wuhan at the same time. The geological conditions of the site are mainly backfill soil, clay, strongly weathered and moderately weathered limestone. The depth of the pile is about 15m and the diameter is 600mm. The stratum is complex and the construction is extremely difficult. With high judgment, the hole was successfully formed with the full support of TYHEN experts, and the pile foundation construction was completed with high quality, high efficiency and high safety.

The second phase of the supporting construction project of public service facilities in the WuShan Street Industrial Park in CaiDian, Wuhan is a key project in CaiDian District in 2022, and it is also a major livelihood project. The project has a land area of 128,784 square meters and a construction area of 435,851 square meters. The main construction contents are a new small high-rise building and 22 high-rise residential buildings, a total of 2,733 apartment units, 2 supporting kindergartens, 1 community work service room, 2 cultural activity stations, 2 old age home (non-elderly care facilities), 1 small commercial facility, equipped with commercial financial services, 2 fire control rooms, 1 opening and closing station, 7 power distribution rooms, 1 domestic garbage collection station, 1 public toilet, 1 community health service station, 2 property management buildings, and 2 concierge. Infrastructure construction such as supporting sites, roads, landscape, greening, power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas supply, ventilation and network systems.

TYHEN has five KR125A small rotary drilling rigs that made every effort to secure the early completion of the construction project, and its pile foundation construction efficiency has won unanimous praise from the project department. After the construction process was stabilized, several KR125 drilling rigs achieved a record of 400 meters of construction in ten hours, and completed more than 3,000 piles in one month, creating conditions for the project to complete the foundation construction in a short period of time and to complete the project as soon as possible.

TYSIM KR125A weighs about 35 tons, with a construction range of 400~1500mm diameter and a construction height of 15 meters, it can reach a depth of 43 meters. It can be transported with its mast without the need of dismantling and assembling. KR125A is also designed with an automatic mast folding function, which can effectively reduce the transportation height, and thereby reducing the disassembly and assembly time during transportation. Furthermore, the imported gearbox and engine enables KR125A to have exceptional climbing performance. At the same time, the power head torque of 125 KN.m can also fully cope with most geological conditions such as pebbles and gravels. Selected original American Cummins engine with strong power, combined with the electronic control system and hydraulic system of TYSIM core technology, can give full play to its working ability, the whole series of products have passed the national standard GB certification and European CE certification, better dynamic and static stability design , to ensure construction safety;
